English electronic music duo, Hybrid Minds is gearing up to become Wembley Arena’s first headlining D&B act in 12 years. Their new show, TIDES, is set to take place on October 22 with the corresponding EP, Tides: Part 1, to be released a day prior to the massive event. Previous D&B acts that have headlined the Wembley Arena include Andy C, who performed in 2018, and Pendulum in 2010.
Though supporting acts for the event have yet to be announced, it is important to note that the duo have previously collaborated with an array of D&B, dance, and electronic dance music acts throughout the years—highlight acts include Above & Beyond, Pendulum and Netsky. Satisfying a quell of demand for more show dates from the D&B act—they immediately sold out both their Printworks and Brixton Academy show mere hours after the shows were announced—the duo’s Wembley Arena event is especially notable as it will be the venue’s first D&B act to headline there this year.
The eagerly anticipated event will follow Hybrid Minds’ expansive international summer tour. Stops on tour includes performances at Glastonbury, Electric Woodlands, El Dorado, Liquicity, Hideout, Red Rocks, Forbidden Forest, Reading Festival, and a string of shows at Louder's Ibiza residency at Eden.
