Imagine Music Festival announced this year that they were moving the aquatic fairytale-themed wonderland to an all-new location, Kingston Downs, GA, for the 2022 edition of the festival on September 15-18. Today they’ve revealed more details about the new location in a teaser video. The site may be familiar to some as it was the location of CounterPoint Music Festival for two years.
The new site is a bucolic natural wonder with massive grassy fields, rolling hills, nature trails, and sprawling woodlands. It also features a network of paved roads, meaning the inclement weather that shut down last year’s event won’t put a damper on the festivities.
Founder Madeleine Goodhand said in a press statement, “The site is a true gem. Nestled in secluded woodlands, guests will be transported to what feels like another world, where they can relax in nature and be moved by the music.”
Festival-goers will be treated to a four-night camping experience with a host of outdoor activities to fill the days. And of course, over 100 artists, including Excision, GRiZ, Kaskade, Gorgon City, Madeon, Blackgummy, HoneyLuv, and Snakehips, will perform across more than five beautifully themed stages.
